Delhi Capitals will take on Rajasthan Royals in match 34 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 on Friday (April 22) at Wankhede Stadium. The Delhi Capitals’ camp has been hit by COVID-19 as Australia all-rounder Mitchell Marsh and New Zealand wicketkeeper-batsman Tim Seifert have both tested positive for the virus. Two other support staff members have also tested positive.

The last match at this venue was played on the previous Saturday between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Batters enjoyed scoring runs in that game and that has been the story of all the matches played at the Wankhede. Having said that, the spinners are likely to play a key role which might be a piece of great news for both teams as they have two of the best spinners in the form of Chahal and Kuldeep. Also, the team winning the toss might look to bowl.
